Please be advised that all retail acquisitions finalized on the Drapinae platform are considered absolute and final. Our enterprise operates under a strict no-returns and no-exchanges doctrine. The single operational exception to this mandate applies to garments that exhibit a verified manufacturing anomaly or if an erroneous item was mistakenly dispatched by our fulfillment center.

2. Manufacturing Anomalies and Transit Damage

Drapinae implements rigorous quality assurance evaluations prior to parcel sealing. However, if a garment arrives in a defective, compromised, or incorrect state, your primary course of action is to alert our customer care team immediately. We remain structurally committed to reviewing your case with total fairness and integrity.

To protect your eligibility for a transactional remedy, you must audit your shipment immediately upon arrival and submit a formal claim within seven (7) calendar days following recorded carrier delivery.

3. Monetary Reversals and Financial Processing

In scenarios where a comprehensive or partial refund is authorized as the designated remedy, the transaction will be credited back exclusively to the original financial instrument or credit card utilized during checkout. These funds typically reappear within your balance within 7 to 12 business days. Be advised that ultimate posting intervals are strictly governed by the transactional processing schedules of your domestic banking institution.

4. Exchange Protocol

Drapinae does not accommodate standard exchanges for alternative sizes, colors, or styles. We solely authorize structural item replacements for identical variants if the underlying garment was demonstrably damaged or faulty upon arrival and the corresponding verification claim has been officially validated by our team.

5. Non-Sanctioned and Autonomous Returns

Buyers are strictly instructed not to mail any garments back to our registered addresses or fulfillment hubs unless explicitly directed to do so via formal written confirmation from a Drapinae care representative. To qualify for an operational resolution, an official claim must first be registered and approved through our support channel.

Any parcel returned autonomously without prior notification and explicit administrative approval will be rejected at our receiving facilities. Drapinae assumes zero liability, custody, or financial accountability—including the issuance of replacements or refunds—for any unauthorized return shipments.
